This house is a Greek Revival/Craftsman Transition. Although City of San Diego, Golden Hill History Survey Report, focused on Victorian Era architecture, thus classified 2530-2532 A Street as "Italianate" based on the over-hanging second floor roof with ornate rafter tails, Legacy 106, Inc. concludes there are overwhelmingly more Greek Revival design elements and re-classify the house as Greek Revival. | |
