House is notable for highly skilled craftmanship in sculpting the plaster and lath fireplace surround, telephone niche, and master hallway by rustication of the plaster to resemble a Roman quoin stone arched fireplace, stone telephone niche, and faux stone block walls that are consistent with Spanish Colonial Revival style architecture. Other examples of fine workmanship include the porch beam, corbel, and post system and the sculpted stucco chimney top. | |
