Historic Landmark No. 1347 Community Mission Hills Designated October 24, 2019 |
This house is an excellent one-story example of the Spanish Eclectic/Revival style with a lower level basement facing a rear canyon. It is a single-family residence designed and built in 1927 by established Master Builder William F. Wahrenberger in the Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego. Additionally, the lot site also contains an additional historically significant detached board and batten structure at the rear. It was the writing cabin of author Alan LeMay. |
