This subject property contains five separate free standing residential structures in an L configuration with an open steep canyon to the south. To the rear (east) of the property three one level single family homes were built in 1922 in the Craftsman architectural style. To the front (west) of the lot two small colonial revival influenced Craftsman cottage style rentals units were built in 1923 which were placed perpendicular to Indiana Street with a long walkway connecting to the front sidewalk.
