This house is an excellent two-story example of the Spanish Eclectic style built in 1931. It is a large single-family residence designed by Master Architect Lilian J. Rice and built by proposed Master Builder, the Wurster Construction Company in the Mission Hills neighborhood of San Diego. The home has a side gabled clay tile roof and compound rectangular floor plan with a later detached double car garage placed partially behind the house. |
