The home is a large and elaborate single-family residence constructed in 1929 with landscape designed by Milton Sessions. The home is covered in hand applied irregular white stucco surfacing with multiple elaborate Spanish detailing including window grilles, wrought iron clay pot rings, cantilevered second level arched wooden lintel over the front door and four over four double hung windows with wooden plank shutters. This home is an excellent example of Spanish Eclectic style architecture built by San Diego builders Sanford and Diederichsen. |
