The Spanish Colonial Revival house at 3104 Lytton Street is significant as the largest of the two earliest houses in the Bayside Country Club Estates, a property that originally encompassed 1,000 acres of houses, golf course, and riding stables and formed the Northern entrance to Point Loma. This excellent example of Spanish Colonial Revival architecture high standard architecturally defining features that were restored under the guidance of the City of San Diego, Historical Resources staff. |
