This house is an excellent single story example of the Spanish Eclectic/Revival style built in 1927. It is a single-family residence built for William and Elva Page in the Kensington Manor neighborhood of San Diego. The home utilizes an asymmetrical front façade design with flat roof and shaped parapet. A central raised porch is sheltered by a clay tile hipped roof. The home has stucco exterior wall surfacing with extending corner wing walls. The home's arched porch openings and window hoods, stucco surfacing and clay tile roof are all indicative features of the Spanish Eclectic style. |
